Consultations aim to understand your unique needs and tailor daily activities, supporting you in striving for a constant balance on a holistic level - body, mind, soul, and emotions.

What the consultation includes:

- discussion of individual needs, introduction to Ayurveda, and deepening specific topics in the fields of holistic health, naturopathy, and developmental psychology

- verification of body and mind type according to Ayurveda, (diagnosis of Ayurvedic constitution "prakriti" and disorders"vikriti")

- recommendations for an appropriately adjusted lifestyle (nutrition, physical activity, work, treatments, therapies)

- Ayurvedic materials in PDF format
