- Verification of body and mind type according to Ayurveda (diagnosis of Ayurvedic constitution "prakriti" and disorders "vikriti").

 

- Recommendations for an appropriately tailored lifestyle (diet, physical activity, work, treatments, therapies).

 

- Ayurvedic materials in PDF format.
