What does a holistic Ayurvedic consultation contain?
A holistic consultation is an individual meeting either in person or online (via a sent meeting link) during which:
- you will receive essential information regarding Ayurveda, psychology, naturopathy, and psychosomatics
- an Ayurvedic diagnosis will be conducted, enhanced with knowledge and practice in psychology and naturopathy
- you will have the opportunity to ask the most important questions for you regarding natural healing methods and personal development
- after the consultation, you will receive personalized feedback including naturopathic elements, tailored natural therapies, dietary guidance, herbal medicine, physical activities, relaxation methods, breathing exercises, and meditation along with materials that will help you easily integrate the most effective solutions into your daily life.
Should I prepare before the consultation?
Yes. Observe yourself. :)
Nothing will help in an effective consultation like your own awareness of what is currently happening in your body, mind, and life. Observe yourself, think, and ask yourself questions like: what do I need?, what can help me?... If you need to, write down the questions you want to ask during the session. Pay attention to your emotions, your mood, and your body.
What benefits do holistic consultations provide?
Holistic consultations aim to understand your individual needs and provide personalized support that will help improve your well-being and achieve inner balance. During the Ayurvedic consultation, the individual nature and conditions of the body and mind will also be examined, which in Ayurveda are called " prakriti" . The examination of your Ayurvedic constitution, " prakriti" is done once in a lifetime. The knowledge gained during our meeting is also timeless. You will receive a foundation for personal work and development that lasts a lifetime. :)
