The book that so moved Jacek Zdrojewski turned out to be merely an introduction to much deeper knowledge – just a glimpse into the mysteries that water conceals. During a several-hour conversation, Masaru Emoto spoke about it with a passion that was almost hypnotic. This was not a mere exchange of views – it was a meeting of two people united by a common vision: that water is not just a substance, but a living carrier of energy and information.
Fascinated by the conversation, Jacek shared with Emoto his plan to establish a vineyard in Poland – he was to do it within a month. Emoto smiled and said words that Jacek remembered for a lifetime:
– If you do exactly what I say, it will be the first vineyard in the world established on living water. And the wine produced by this method will have extraordinary properties.

Masaru Emoto's book had such a profound impact on Jacek Zdrojewski (the founder of Living Water Technology) that right after reading it, he decided to do something that would be sheer madness for most people — meet its author in person. He asked his eldest daughter, Marta, to find Masaru Emoto and arrange a meeting with him, no matter where he was at that moment. A few days later, Jacek was already sitting on a plane, flying to one of the most important meetings of his life. The meeting took place on April 7, 2013, near Frankfurt, where Masaru Emoto was giving lectures. After a brief, warm greeting, Emoto looked at Jacek and asked: – What can I do for you? Jacek replied without hesitation: – I read your book and I would like to build a device that can read water in real time. There was a moment of silence. Emoto looked at him carefully and after a moment, with a slight smile, said: – You must be joking…? – Not at all, Jacek replied calmly. Then Masaru Emoto smiled even wider and began to talk about water – about its consciousness, memory, and energy. What Jacek heard that day was something more than science – it was knowledge that cannot be found in any textbook.
